My name is Inez Blackburn and I would welcome the opportunity to take your Supply Chain and Category Management initiatives to the next level.
I am an independent consultant, educator and global trainer with a proven track record in helping companies maximizing performance by deploying a value proposition that will result in profitable growth. I am a certified trainer for VICS for Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) as well as an international trainer on Category Management and Marketing to the Max Seminars.

Writing and Research
I am often featured in retail newsletters and am currently working on the new ways of working together initiative with the Global Commerce Initiative and VICS. I am available to write on request for specific publications.
Seminars
I offer seminars on topics such as Retail Trends and Opportunities, Marketing to the Max, Demand Forecasting --Fact versus Fiction and Why Consumers Lie -- Understanding Consumer Decision Trees and their impact on category plans. These seminars have received rave reviews as they are extremely informative and interactive as they are designed to allow participants to utilize information learned in real time.
Education and Training Courses
I have been delivering customized education, training and seminars for over 10 years for numerous fortune 500 companies and Universities. My client list includes Dupont, GE, Microsoft, IBM, AT&T, Rogers Communication, Safeway, HE Butt, AC Nielson, Verifone, Cisco and many others. I have also participated in the development of courses with the University of Toronto, Penn State and Wright State. Courses range from 1 - 5 days, depending on the topics. Training courses about marketing best practices, global trends and opportunities in retail, Demand Driven Supply Chains are also available.
Much of my training work involves custom-designing courses for specific needs.
